Ray Cunningham, EA CEO and President has more than 30 years of valuable experience serving a diverse group of clients ranging from individuals to small businesses. He started in the financial industry in 1984 and founded Bay Area Business Services, Inc. in 1999 which has grown to be one of the leading firms in the League City and surrounding areas. Ray founded this firm with strong values encompassing integrity, professionalism, and excellent client relations. He is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and specializes in the bookkeeping and tax needs of restaurants and C-Stores. He believes clients come first and holds all staff to this expectation.

Kandace McDaniel, EA Executive Vice President has been helping individuals and businesses with their bookkeeping and tax needs for nearly 20 years. She became an Enrolled Agent with the IRS in 2017 and has expanded the services of the business to include IRS Representation. She has a passion for guiding and educating individuals and small business owners on how to more efficiently and effectively run their businesses, save tax dollars and best practices to avoid audits. Kandace prides herself on providing personalized support by building and maintaining client relationships with sound advice and careful planning to fulfill client's short-term as well as long-term goals.
